Joygame is a leading mobile game publisher in Turkey, collaborating with more than 15 game studios while publishing its own titles. With a portfolio of over 20 games, the team needed data-driven insight into player engagement, marketing performance, and monetization — across every title, every day.

The challenge

Joygame’s data lived in fragments. AppsFlyer held attribution, Firebase held in-game events, AppLovin MAX held ad revenue — and none of it came together without manual work.

The consequences were concrete:

  • Two games out of twenty could be analyzed in depth on any given day.
  • Each analysis took over two hours per game, built on manual exports and spreadsheets.
  • The infrastructure could not scale with a growing portfolio, despite a dedicated marketing team and a newly appointed Head of Data.

Decisions about UA budgets, live-ops, and monetization were being made on partial information — because complete information was too expensive to produce.

The solution

Datablast built Joygame a centralized data warehouse and automated the entire path from source to dashboard:

  • API automation — attribution, ad revenue, and store data collected automatically from AppsFlyer, AppLovin MAX, and the app stores.
  • Transformation and standardization — every game’s data normalized into shared definitions, so titles can be compared side by side.
  • Firebase integration — in-game metrics joined with marketing data for a complete view of each player’s journey.
  • Dashboards — portfolio-wide reporting that refreshes automatically, replacing per-game manual analysis.

“Datablast has taken a lot of the manual work off my plate. It’s been a game-changer.”

— Cihan Başoğlu, Data Engineer at Joygame

The results

With every title on one foundation, analysis stopped being the bottleneck:

  • 3x more successful games — the team evaluates every title daily, catches winners early, and doubles down with confidence.
  • 50% lower data management costs — automation replaced the manual reporting pipeline.
  • Minutes instead of hours — per-game analysis that took two hours now takes minutes, across the whole portfolio.
  • Predictive analytics unlocked — with clean historical data in one place, Joygame now models customer lifetime value to guide UA spend.

Revenue grew as marketing, monetization, and in-game decisions started running on the same trusted numbers.

“Thanks to Datablast, our team can now focus more on analyzing our games rather than being tied up with complex data management. Their solution has made everything run smoothly and efficiently, enabling us to achieve more with our dedicated team.”

Deniz M. Hatipoğlu — Head of Data at Joygame
